Yuru Camp… fin! Warm and cozy show. Inspired by it I brought my old friends together and we had a bonfire last weekend. Plenty fun, can't wait for warmer weather to camp overnight as well. Turns out my city has many camping spots along the river. Excited for the new year.

And now… there is only one show left for me to watch…

Ehh… I don't know about this one. The whole first episode was a parade of the little pink's clumsiness and inexperience - it served no purpose other than to create a cheap contrast with her elimination of a professional squad. I had bigger thrills playing actual battle royale games, and I don't consider them fun by any means. The setup was disappointing to say the least and so was the winning "tactic". Protagonist starting out with a ridiculously overpowered skill of being faster than human reaction does not make me any excited.

I didn't expect Hidamari Sketch to be this lewd… a bit disappointed second episode didn't continue winter theme. Judging by the episode names it will return with the last one. I could finish the show on the matching date of Christmas Eve, if only I continue GGO. Also, does it always end with Yuno's bathscene? That is genius…

Jesus Christ, I've been listening to the soundtrack of Undead Girl Murder Farce for a good year, but only now have I found will to watch the first episode. Obviously I know every note, every chord of the music, but hearing them alongside the stunning visuals absolutely floored me. And the sound that had been missing from the score - the severed head's voice. Man, I love her. For the rest of my days I don't want to hear anyone else.

Murder farce at the vampire mansion has been solved, and I must say, I'm impressed. Aya took her time with the case. After analyzing the scene, she posed seven questions to the audience before unraveling truth by elimination. This whole charade took place over a span of three episodes, and I have been engaged the whole time. Now that I think about it, there is one thing that went extremely well for our protagonists, but for now I will overlook it.

Visually, it was a step down from the level seen in the first episode, and I don't expect the rest of the series to go above this set level. But I don't mind. The gloomy atmosphere, paired with music I'm still gushing over, more than makes up for it. Yuma Yamaguchi, god bless you. That is somewhat countered by lively choices for opening and ending.

Our travelling trio seem to have made quite a name for themselves already, and I am enjoying their antics. In particular the jokes the bodyless girl and the Oni share, laughing like they've lost their mind.

Damn, so far, everything has just gone right for this anime.

As you all know, I am a productive member of society, so I don't have much time for otaku business. But the next arc is completed, and I had a whole lot of fun with it.

The introductory episode was just a setup for London's farce and a few new characters. This time, there's no murder to solve, but rather a crime to prevent. Unsurprisingly, it turns out to be closely related to the pursuit of a stolen body and lost humanity that our trio is on.

Even though I wasn't expecting thrilling action scenes from this anime, well - I got them bountifully. There wasn’t much detective work here, at least not for the viewers. I liked slower pace of previous arc, but it is nothing bad to pick up the speed. All the fighting was intertwined quite nicely with alternating outsmarting between the thieves and detectives. Really enjoyable. The animation was stunning too. And do I even have to mention the soundtrack again? It's the best thing ever.

Go listen to it, sushis. I won't beg. Too much.

Undead Girl Murder Farce was gorgeously cool. Too bad the final mystery was unsolvable for people younger than 900 years. I didn’t understand it when we watched it on stream, barely grasped it yesterday, and only just understood it now while fetching screencaps. It was so satisfying, though.
