Has anyone ever started a project in RPG maker? I wonder how many unfinished games there have been over the years. I bet at least a few of them were good too!

I got this urge one day to make a shitty rpg maker game, but later I decided to program it my self. Haven't really made much progress :D

Do you watch any artsy youtube channels, sushis?

I like watching miniature ones.
They mostly work with building little kits that you purchase online and you get everything from the wood to the wall papers and the little pieces to assemble things like tables and chairs.
It's fun.

Some of the channels I watch are:

HMS2 (this one also has videos on crafting miniature food and furniture)

Kixkillradio

Careful editing and the natural sounds of the work being done is very relaxing. If the video was sped up, with music playing in the background, the entire experience would've been so much harsher.

Does anyone else listen to music constantly while making things?
I find myself quickly bored if I don't listen to music.
Then again, when I do it will often make me more impatient and influence my ideas.
Often times I'll do something good then realise afterwards that I turned music off at some point and forgot to turn it back on.

I wonder if I should just make music something that I give dedicated time to, rather than having it overlap. Maybe then I can enjoy music more and make better stuff away from it.

Does music affect any of you guys in this way?
Do you think it's a net benefit or not?

Well done
Since I made a conscious effort to pay attention to what I listen I had to ditch music, even ambient, to concentrate on something else.
Music deserves proper attention imo

In case any sushi rolls from smuglo.li happened to hop on over to sushigirl (since this is a comfy place to spend a saturday night if the bunker is down), the stream is still happening. We've migrated to /cafe/'s imageboard in the mean time.

Stream can be found here:

Thank you for your time.

Traditional long rifle kits are fun as well. Works of art honestly. Track of the Wolf is premier for their kits.

Let's say I've never done this before. I've shot before and quite enjoyed it but don't own a gun. What's the best place to start with gunsmithing? I've watched a ton of videos from MidwayUSA on YouTube. I have some fairly good tool skills though not much practical experience on CNC machines or lathes or drill presses or anything like that.

just gonna leave this here

the murdercube archive has plenty on gunsmithing, rocketry, murder, political shit, humor and basically anything /k/ related. Enjoy.

That’s beautiful sushi, thank you for sharing.

On a related note, I’ve been thinking about making my own single shot breach loading shotgun. I’d like to make most of the parts myself, just to see if I could do it, but I want to order the barrel because I lack both the machinery to make one and the confidence that I could prouduce one of any quality which would be safe to shoot from. I stumbled on barrel blanks online for a pretty good price (https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/586800) and was thinking of buying it. A barrel blank would already have the muzzle bored out and the barrel heat treated correct? It would simply need to have the breach and hand guard attached to it. Or is it an untreated rod of steel and I’ve misunderstood things?
