There is a bug that kills the IRC server randomly. A script has been deployed to restart it upon crash. And now it seems even that managed to fail. Bad omen.

I've just set up a new stable IRC server for us at nekomanma.moe (webclient at that address as well), and there is a working Discord bridge too!
