I'm excited for the new Bastard!! adaptation. They even have the infamous slime scene in the preview. The old 6 episode OVA was great, but it jumped around a lot and didn't really finish the story.
I'm still following Overlord and Made in Abyss, so those too.
I'm sure I'll end up watching the Maid show and liking it, even if it's terrible.
Buchigire and Yurei Deco look interesting.
That's already a lot of shows, but maybe one or two out of Yofukashi no Uta, Engage Kiss, Lycoris Recoil, Extreme Hearts, KJ File, and Hoshi no Samidare. There's just too much good anime coming out these days, I can't keep up with it.

also I should say don't really think the premise is THAT dumb, I think it has actually really good potential as a coming of age/maturity thing, and I would love them to actually explore more of both the characters motivations and emotional states and stuff in between the fanservice. As it stands from just one episode though I am driven to nitpick at it for being a little too wish fulfillment-ey, with how the MC is this super apathetic directionless/emotionless kid and the sex bomb vampire just randomly decides to dare him to fall in love with her or whatever lol

>>4119It's a Bakumatsu/Shinsengumi story. Probably written more for women, but it's not a fanservice heavy show so I'd say it has fairly broad appeal. Hard to say if it's good or not so far, 1st episode was basically just character introductions, and second episode is more about world background.
It's got 7 main characters, so unless they get a second season my guess would be that each character gets a 1-2 episode arc about their personal story, culminating in overcoming some traumatic past and awaking the true power of their sword. Then they all come together and help MC-kun defeat the big bad. I don't see enough room to develop a very detailed plot with this many characters. We'll see.
