>>1464https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/https://twitter.com/AIR_News01ANN's a lot better than it used to be. Still not perfect, but no site is, and it releases good news.
No.1896
>>1892Is it going to be the chibi short sort of thing or is it something more full fledged?
No.1924
>>1892Is GFL popular enough for that? I guess Azure Lane already got one, but I sort of thought GFL was dying.
>>1896They already had one of those so I would assume the full thing
No.1948
>>1924Does whether or not it's dying truly matter? Kemono Friends' mobile game was gone by the time they put out the anime.
That said, I'm not sure how well GFL is doing, but it can't be doing too terribly with three different games in the production tube right now.
No.1952
>>1948Well Kemono Friends was dead and that's why the budget was so tiny, but I sort of assume that the game was doing decently at the time of the anime being announced? Or maybe not. I sort of assume a game needs to be decently popular to be able to afford an anime ad.
No.2006
>>1952I think it's pretty decently known around these parts, but as far as I can tell the last year hasn't exactly been stellar revenue-wise for MICA. Something about people not being happy with the last updates.
Though, with what paltry data exists I can say I think they should be able to afford an anime.
No.2016
>>2006I honestly haven't played it for ages, I mean it's not like I play phone games in general these days but GFL's gameplay cycle melted my brain.
No.2017
>>2016Me too. There's a limit to how many times I can feel gratified after inputting waypoints and resetting the map after the mobs are cleared.
I think the anime's more to help advertise the new games rather than GFL 1. I just hope the new ones keep the indie/doujin(?) charm GFL packs and other mobile games don't quite have.
No.2679
>>2676Damn that typography is gross.
No.2773
>>2771>Why would you do a live-action of an anime/manga?!?It's not uncommon, a lot of popular anime have had live action adaptations. Off the top of my head, Full Metal Alchemist, Mushi-shi, Usagi Drop, Death Note, and I'm sure plenty of others. I've never seen one but from what I understand they trend towards being kinda bad but then again some people say some of them are alright (I've heard good things about the live action Mushi-shi for example.)

It seems like nyas.si is down currently, unless I'm just having dns issues or something. I really hope it's not down permanently.
No.2903
>>2902Okay, I was able to connect to it on my phone's browser once I turned off wifi, so I guess it has something to do with the router. I've also just realized that this is the case for me with the Mangadex announcement page as well, which I haven't been able to connect to on my PC for a few days either, and I'd just assumed that it was because of whatever maintenance they're doing. Maybe it's a firewall issue.
No.2992
>>2903I have the same issue with nyaa.si for my router. shanaproject.com doesn't have this issue or if I have a VPN connected either.
