It depends on what you mean by "number". My favorite integer is 0. my favorite real number is… also 0, but if you exclude the integers then it would definitely be tau, and tau is also my favourite complex number, favourite quaternion, and generally my favourite element of a Division Algebra over R. If you extend the domain of "numbers" to ordinals and cardinals then it is definitely going to be the first non-finite ordinal, omega ω₀, and it's corresponding cardinal Card(ω₀) = ℵ₀ (within set theory) by a long shot.
