>>16872Lately I've been making protein pancakes using cold brewed spiced chai tea as my wet ingredient. It's so easy, just keep a jar brewing in the fridge, always at hand to make delicious chai protein shakes and pancakes. I recycled an old pasta sauce jar and use 3 tea bags. It's gotta be spiced! Boring without Spiced.
I got inspired after having some kind of Spiced Chai frappe shake thing on a vacation recently.

Jaaaaaaambalaya!!! It's so easy to make, even when you feel down. It's full of flavor and super filling. I often can't finish a pot myself, so I take it to work to share with my coworkers. My recipe is easy, just eight ingredients! Sauté up onions, celery, sliced sausage, and carrots. Season with Tony Chax, add chicken broth, and add lots of rice. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook until the rice is soft. Enjoy!

>>16872First thing that came to mind for me too. I enjoy Cinnamon and brown sugar pancakes.
Sweets in general are something I truly enjoy even if not healthy.
