As with any other medium the body can be shaped in various ways. However it being linked to the one wielding it and having direct influence on their mind, it can be more difficult to work with.

If you are working on transforming your physical shell, feel free to report in.

1) Where are you at?
2) What is your goal?
3) What have you archived so far?
4) How do you plan to progress from there?

*achieved

anyway
>1) Where are you at?
Somewhat out of shape. Went for an hour long run the other day and felt like dying the next day. Used to be fit in the past, but neglected my body for years now.
>2) What is your goal?
Being able to power through hard days and still have the energy to get something done in the evening.
>3) What have you archived so far?
Learned to cook in advance and improved my nourishment in general.
>4) How do you plan to progress from there?
First will be running three times a week. I'd love to see someone matching that, so this doesn't turn into a blog.

>1) Where are you at?
doing decently well. been lifting for almost two years now. finished my bulk the week after Christmas and am now working on my cut.
>2) What is your goal?
my immediate goal is to cut down at least 25-30 lbs with a max of 40. i started my cut at 200lbs and would like to get down to 160 if possible but if i get a good bodyfat% before 160 then that works for me too. it's less about the number and more about how much fat i have.
>3) What have you achieved so far?
i've been regularly cooking my own meals for over a year now and have cemented the habit of going to the gym 4x a week. increased my bench from 105 at the start to 185 and overall look much healthier than i did before. regularly working out and dieting has also helped me work through things mentally and i can now handle delayed gratification. in the short term i've lost probably 6lbs or so from my cut which isn't perfectly efficient (i should be down more like 10-12lbs) but i'm working on it. i really need to start doing cardio on my off-days but fuck i hate doing cardio lol.
>4) How do you plan to progress from there?
once i reach my cut goal i'll probably go back to bulking. my long-term fitness goal is to reach 185lbs at 12-14% bodyfat with a 225 bench (two plates). i've never really seen myself as a big guy so anything past that feels like too much. during my cut i've also been nailing down the form for squats (which i didn't do before) so once my next bulk comes around my legs are gonna get much bigger than they are now with the intent of ensuring my upper and lower body aren't disproportionate.

>neglected my body for years
now is as good as ever to get back into it :) good work sushi!

I like yoga because it makes you use the body in a way you would never ever thought of. I also like swimming, best cardio.

>1) Where are you at?
Tiny human being (reaally short) and skinny. Started the gym a few months ago.
>2) What is your goal?
Initially it was to get shredded and go for the femboy aesthetic. But after I tried deadlift for the first time I became set on dwarfmaxxing.
>3) What have you achieved so far?
Every time I did back exercises my forearm grip would tire first and every time I did bench press my triceps would tire first (and not my chest). Now I can notice my forearms and triceps are getting bigger.
>4) How do you plan to progress from there?
>ROCK AND STONE!!!
>WE'RE RICH!!!
>DON'T TOY WITH ME LADDY!!!

Finished a 5k in 33 minutes 35 seconds!

Not that fast in the grand scheme of things, but I was able to jog the whole distance which is a big improvement from where I was this time last year.

It's nothing special, I've just been trying to get reasonably fit by exercising about 30 mins a day. Mostly I do the Nintendo Ring Fit, FotNS Fitness Boxing, or jogging. I've been at it for a little over a year, at first I could only manage 2-3 times a week, but I'm up to almost every day now.

>1) Where are you at?
Still tall (6'4), skinny fat, more toned though. I've been thinking about liposuction

>2) What is your goal?

I really just want to be attractive, partly because I am tired of being alone or dealing with horrible people who cheat on me in relationships that do go somewhere. I feel like working on my attractiveness would help

>3) What have you archived so far?

I've achieved a lot more muscle in my arms and shoulders, lost some body fat around my face and some in other places but not nearly enough

>4) How do you plan to progress from there?

I guess keep going at it. Probably work my core some more too to try and tone my stomach.

>2) What is your goal?

>3) What have you archived so far?
my thigh gap has been getting bigger! im a guy but i like seeing myself have more feminine features
>4) How do you plan to progress from there?
going to an actual gym instead of doing random shit in my room, maybe getting more weights and general equipment

Today I went for a brief run and some power walking. 30 minutes of cardio. It's not much, but it is a start.

30 mins is pretty good if you can keep it up every day! That's about what my doctor recommends at least.
