have some black ones of them. they do seem to take easy from cuttings - on in my case, broken off bits from when the dog knocked the pot over.

This one was black when I found it, I plan to take it out to the sun when it grows a bit more so it gets black.
My mother loves them when they're black, and I have to admit, they're pretty dope.

I kinda want to get one for my room, what should I get?
I heard they are really easy to care of, is this true?

I don't know too much about succulents, but I've never had any trouble caring for them, in general they like good light and free draining soil.
I'd say just pick one you like the look of and have a go, there are plenty of sites with more detailed instructions if you're not sure what to do.
The RHS plant finder [ https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/search-form ] is pretty comprehensive, although a lot of the reccomendations are specific to the UK climate.
